While doing my usual browse through the Mecca website, I stumbled on a few holiday collections that caught my attention. If you know me, you’ll know that I’m a sucker for all things Christmas and anything that allows me to relive the holiday season post-Christmas is always welcome in my life. Let’s get straight into these holiday items and a bonus non-holiday edition product that I think you should also consider

1. Bumble & Bumble sleigh, belle mega moisture set. If you’ve always been interested in trying the Bumble & Bumble hair products, this is the easiest way to get introduced to the hairdresser’s invisible oil line without committing to full sized products. The mega moisture set retails for $50 and includes a shampoo, conditioner and dry oil finishing spray. These products are aimed at those with dry, damaged hair and the two key ingredients are coconut oil and grapeseed oil.
Made without: Parabens, phthalates, mineral oil and formaldehyde

2. Drunk Elephant the midi committee kit. Where do I even start? If you’ve always wanted to try out the Drunk Elephant line, this IS definitely the opportunity to take advantage of. First off, this kit retails for $73 and includes 5 of their best selling products. Drunk Elephant are known for their clean products and the standout product for me has always been the Lala retro whipped cream. If you’re a fan of the old school face creams that are thick and creamy, you’ll love this face cream.
Made without: Sulfates, fragrance, parabens, mineral oil, phthalates and animal products

3. Too Faced gingerbread extra spicy eyeshadow palette. For someone who’s very lazy to wear makeup, I get drawn to eyeshadow palettes A LOT. Last year I saw the gingerbread palette that was released and even though it looked good, I wasn’t excited to purchase it. This year, I’m super tempted to give this extra spicy palette a go. One of the things I love about the Too Faced palettes are the scents that are embedded in the shadows. This year’s rendition of the gingerbread palette retails for $75 and looks like it’ll work on all skin tones.
If you’re not keen on the gingerbread palette, the sweet peach eyeshadow palette is a great alternative. It retails for $75 and is made without gluten and parabens.
What do you think of the holiday collections? Do you generally gravitate towards them? I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments section.
